On behalf of the Board of Trustees and President and CEO of MBSK Colorado, we have our deepest sympathies to announce that long-time youth community advocates Alfonzo Porter unexpectedly passed away a few weeks ago. Alfonzo had been a true inspiration for our youth with his time at MSU Denver and the Urban Spectrum. Alfonzo's legacy will forever be imprinted in Colorado's history in inspiring future journalists and amplifying Colorado's black community voice. His presence and spirit will truly be missed in our Colorado black community.
